THE LONGEST FRIDAY OF MY LIFE
Denman looks at Fill. Fill points the gun at Denman. They have rather dull semi-macho conversation about loyalties and how Fill has to choose between killing Denman and losing Kyert. Denman offers to kill Mad Frankie Knuckles instead and Fill says: "oooh...good idea...here's the gun. Don't worry about an alibi. Our stupid womenfolk think we're fast asleep."

Cut to Kyert pacing about the house, looking for Fill.

Fill returns to an old-fashioned interrogation from his ex-copper girlfriend, who manages to get a semblance of truth out of him without breaking his fingers. Amazing. Meanwhile, the Blonde Mentalist knows that Something Is Wrong.

Denman has a funny way of holding a gun so that it's pointing downwards in a slightly effete manner.

Denman gets hold of Mad Frankie Knuckles and makes lots of squidgy faces as MFK says lots of things that bring to light a strange, quasi-homosexual relationship that started when Denman was 16 and cleaning out MFK's swimming pool. Fill starts acting like an old woman and phoning Denman every ten minutes to see if MFK is dead yet. Meanwhile, they've gone the usual EE killing fields in Enfield. MFK doesn't know of Denman's parentage (strange, that. Doesn't he watch TV?) and manages to insult Denman's entire family within seconds. Shazza's a Slaaaagggg, and Dead Den is/was a loser. Fill calls again. Denman does something odd with the phone that allows Fill to hear everything, chucks it aside, and points the gun at MFK's groin while MFK frantically tries to shout Something Important over the noise of a passing train. Whatever it is, it doesn't change anything. Denman goes "grrr" like The Hulk and shoots MFK dead. Fill squeals: "Den! Den! what's happening?" like a big girl.

Den makes more actorly squidgy "Hulk mad" faces. The end.
